DOUG WAGGAMAN



Douglas S. Waggaman graduated from UCLA School of Law in 1983 as a member of the Order of the Coif, a national scholastic honor society. He received his B.A degree in political science, magna cum laude, from Boston College in 1980. Mr. Waggaman started his legal career at Levy, Small & Lallas in 1983 in the litigation department, moving to San Diego in 1987 where he furthered his career in various areas, including as a lawyer with a San Diego law firm, a director, senior vice president, and general counsel of an oil and gas company in Denver, Colorado which he helped take public, a developer of custom-built residences in Rancho Santa Fe, California, and a founding member of the law firm of Spach, Capaldi & Waggaman, LLP, with offices in Newport Beach and San Diego, where he concentrated on litigation and construction claims actions, primarily on behalf of general contractors. Mr. Waggaman has maintained his close relationship with Levy, Small & Lallas over the years, assisting with innumerable litigation and workout matters involving secured creditors in and out of bankruptcy, before rejoining the firm in an of counsel capacity.
