LEO D. PLOTKIN



LEO D. PLOTKIN graduated from Boalt Hall School of Law, University of California, Berkeley in 1981. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the State University of New York at Binghamton in 1978, where he was a member of Phi Beta Kappa. Prior to joining Levy, Small & Lallas, Mr. Plotkin was a law clerk for the Honorable Lawrence T. Lydick, United States District Judge. Since joining Levy, Small & Lallas in 1983, he has developed his practice in the areas of litigation and bankruptcy, with an emphasis on the representation of secured creditors (including asset-based lenders and technology lenders) in workouts, litigation and bankruptcy. Mr. Plotkin also has developed a litigation practice representing syndicators of low-income housing tax credit projects.
