SARAH STEIGLEDER



Sarah Steigleder graduated from UCLA School of Law in 2013 and immediately began her legal career at the Los Angeles office of McDermott Will & Emery LLP, where she served as an associate in the firm’s corporate finance group. Over the course of her career, Ms. Steigleder has represented commercial banks, private lenders, venture capital providers, borrowers, and private equity firms in a broad range of financial transactions including the areas of secured lending, venture capital investments, pre-bankruptcy restructurings and workouts, as well as fintech startups. Ms. Steigleder serves as of counsel at Levy, Small & Lallas.
